IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and HYPERVISOR_ERROR

So, I've been having problems with my pc. Basically within a few minutes of startup, I get a random bluescreen, usually HYPERVISOR_ERROR (I was getting this with hypervisor both disabled and enabled), and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I've tried chkdsk, memory diagnostic, dxdiag, memtest86, and doing a fresh install of windows (upgraded from 10 to 11) without keeping files. probably a few other things too. I'm willing to concede it's probably a hardware error, I just figure it can't be the ram at this point, and am hoping someone can tell me based off the minidump logs.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

One of the minidump files indicates that the cause of the BSOD is “amdppm.sys”.

If you have an AMD CPU or GPU, it may be corrupted or have a driver issue.

Go to the manufacturer’s website, search for your model, and download the recommended driver. If you are overclocking or using an XMP profile, disable it.

Also Go to Windows Security, then Device Security.
    Click on Core Isolation Details.
Check if the "Memory Integrity" option is turned on, if it is, turn it off.
