Multiple Issues: Azure Function Logging, MFA Access, and Azure AD B2C Authentication Settings

Description:

We are currently facing three critical issues across Azure services that require immediate attention:

1. Azure Function Logs Not Working Correctly

Issue:

Azure Function executions are not consistently generating logs in Application Insights or the Azure Portal. This affects our ability to monitor, audit, and troubleshoot production workflows.

Details:

• Function App: [Insert Function App Name]

• Runtime: [e.g., .NET 6 / Node.js]

• Hosting Plan: [e.g., Consumption / Premium]

• Observations:

• Logs intermittently missing or delayed

• Cold start logs not captured

• outputs not visible in Live Metrics

• No errors thrown during execution

Troubleshooting:

Verified Application Insights configuration, restarted app, redeployed code, and reviewed diagnostic settings. Issue persists.

2. MFA Access Blocked Due to Lost Device

Issue:

I’ve lost access to my registered mobile device and cannot complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access my Azure account.

Request:

Please assist in resetting MFA or providing an alternate authentication method so I can regain access to my account and administrative functions.

3. Azure AD B2C App Registration UI Issue

Issue:

In Azure AD B2C under App Registrations → MyLifeStoreB2C → Authentication (Preview), I am unable to modify the Implicit grant and hybrid flows settings. The UI does not display a “Save” button, preventing changes.

Settings Attempted to Modify:

• Access tokens (used for implicit flows)

• ID tokens (used for implicit and hybrid flows)

Impact:

This is blocking configuration updates for our SPA authentication flow.

Request Summary:
