I am not getting verification codes, and the live chat support link is not available anywhere in the website

    If you don’t receive a verification method, it could be due to several reasons. You might be temporarily blocked because of unusual activity, repeated code requests, your phone or email blocking messages from unknown senders, or a full inbox.

    1. I suggest that you check if your inbox is full. If so, delete unnecessary messages to make room for incoming ones. You can also try sending a message to yourself to verify that this is not the issue.
    2. Some smartphones block messages from unknown senders. If your phone has this feature, check your SMS settings and unblock them then restart your phone and try again.

    Or check your Spam or junk folder if you are using email.

    1. If you still don’t receive the verification code, do you have any other verification methods linked to your account? If yes, try sending the code there instead.
