couldn't find bluetooth

Check in Device Manager. There should be Bluetooth section. Something like this:

If there is a BT section, check if there are some errors on devices. Try to update driver.

If there are no BT section, check under other devices, or in general if there are errors on some of devices.

If nothing helps, check in your BIOS, maybe BT is disabled there.
