Error when scheduling a Microsoft AZ-900 Certification with Pearson VUE

Dear,

I have attended a Microsoft Training granting me a free chance to pass the AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals certification.

When trying to schedule it, I am able to claim my 100% Microsoft Training Day Attendance.
However, when pushing on schedule my exam, I have this error:

"We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.
"

I have contacted Pearson VUE which ultimately send me here because they could not resolve it on their hand.
Could someone please help me?

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
