There issue while downloading powershell task : and below is the error from pipeline

Agent Type and Version – Are you using a Microsoft-hosted or self-hosted agent? What version is it running?

Pipeline Configuration – Could you share the YAML snippet or task configuration where the PowerShell task is used?

Network Setup – Is the agent behind a proxy or firewall? If yes, are there any restrictions on outbound traffic to dev.azure.com?

TLS Settings – Have you verified that TLS 1.2 is enabled on the agent machine?

Recent Changes – Were there any recent updates or changes to the agent machine or pipeline setup?
