Deploying an Application in Intune missing Desktop Shortcut

I have deployed MS remote Desktop in Intune but cant seem to get it to place a shortcut on the desktop?

could anyone advise?

    That's specific to the installer and not Intune. You need to review the documentation about the installer. In general, many/most app installers don't add shortcuts to the desktop and have no direct way of doing so. If you need an icon on the desktop for the users, the best option IMO is user education. If you still feel you need this (then stop and think about it some more), then you'll have to wrap the installer in a script that creates or copies a shortcut to/on the desktop.
