apply advanced application settings windows

Question

after starting my computer after hibernation appears the message that my account has problem for apply advanced application settings,This message starts after :1) a failed repair via internet process of microsoft 365.The repair unistall all my office products and with a notification window that the repair failed due some incompatibility issues.2) After that i try to use restore point and with that reappears all icons of office apps (word,excel e.t.c) but none of them start.Even worse i could not unistall microsoft 365 via programs and features.3)I had download an iso of microsoft 365 with my first subscription 5 years ago and i install it (overwriting as i told i could not unistall it via programs and features).After when start word ,teams ask me to sign in using account ,pin e.t.c And also should sign in to my laptop's with my microsoft account.Some time( i am not sure if it appeared at the same time ,or after start my computer after hibernation the next day) i notice that appears a notification bell about '' my microsoft account has problem''.I clik on it and open a window > settings>apps>apply advanced application settings.Appears a yellow triangle with a black exclamation mark with the message to ''entry''. I sign in /login to my account.Every evening i put the computer to hibernation.And start agian at the morning.Yesterday appears the same bell notification and i need to login again to the same spesific window at settings>apps.Today appears for a thrid time the bell notification but with out any ''entry field''.........I attach a screenshot.So what it happens?Is a wrong notification?And why appeared at the first time?

the screenshot attached seems normal, if you login in your account via web, do you see any security advice?

now the office apps work correctly or not?

however, check the integrity of the system files

press the WIN + X buttons and open powershell as administrator, now type

SFC /SCANNOW

press enter and wait for it to complete

indicate the result here

Τhank you for your responce.At Sunday was the message to login....Now every day at 8.25 a.m appears the same message but without the field to login/signin but an exclamation point in blue circle with message '' some applications are managed by your organization''
