Assistance Required: Persistent Loading Screen After Login

Dear Windows Support Team,

Each time I start my PC and log in, a loading screen (as shown in the attached image) appears and remains for an extended period before disappearing. After this, my desktop loads normally – it is not stuck or frozen – but the screen itself never loads any content and simply delays access to my desktop.

My system uses a Gen 4 SSD, so boot times are typically fast, making this issue particularly frustrating. It feels like the system is being delayed unnecessarily, and I would like to know what this screen is for and how to disable it.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue or confirm if a future update will address it?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards, Ady20250826_130636

1

Open the Settings App.

Go to System - Notifications.

Scroll to the bottom of that window and expand the 'Additional Settings' section.

Disable all options in that section.

2

If that does not resolve the problem, in the Settings App, go to System - Recovery.

Click the 'Reinstall Now' button in the 'Fix problems with Windows Updates' section and wait for that process to complete.
