pc working slow

i am facing a issue my file explorer is not responding, applications are freezing while i download anyhting into an external hard drive., drive not recognized

    Right click your Start button and open Disk Management.

    Expand the bottom pane so all drives are visible in that pane, please provide a screenshot of that window.

    Download the widely avaialble free CrystalDiskInfo utility, please provide a screenshot of that that indicates for the C drive and also the external drive.
