I am not able to get access to my Microsoft account because even though I have the account setup in the authenticator app i don't receive the codes sent. I have been trying for a week and its very frustrating. I am trying to setup a new computer and I cant sign out of the computer because if I do I cant get back into it.
Please Help ASAP!
