Unable to Log In Stuck in Authenticator Code Loop

When I try to log in, I’m prompted to “Enter the code displayed in the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device.” The problem is I no longer have access to this code.
I installed the Authenticator app on my phone, but when I try to sign in through it, the app itself is also asking me for the same code. This puts me in a loop and I can’t access my account.
