cannot log back into Microsoft Office, after replace main board

My customer complained after our service center replaced the main board. Microsoft Office cannot be used.

When they first installed and activated Office that licence should have become associated to their Microsoft Account online and it is from there that they can re-install Office without the need for a product key:
