Cannot Install or Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++

Apps are constantly failing to install, every time I get a popup that reads: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi' in the box below.

I've attempted to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++, but was met with the same issue, as well as an additional pop up that reads: The older version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Minimum Runtime - 14.44. 35211 cannot be removed.

I have gone through the apps settings and deleted what I could, but when trying to delete 2010 X86 and 2010 X64, I got two more pop ups, the first reading: The feature you are trying to use is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package 'vc_red.msi' in the box below.

The second reads: The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and you can access it.

    Hi, good day!

Please take a screenshot of the whole pop-up window "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi' in the box below." and post it in your next response.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed.
