Azure Cache for Redis is not responding and returns gateway timeout.

Question

I am trying to add my public IP address to the Azure Cache for Redis, but when I try to access the resource, it does not respond. In the last days, it was working fine; however, today when I try to add my public IP address, I am getting a gateway timeout error.

Are there any current ongoing issues with the Redis service?

Also, the console remains in the connecting state.
