Cannot login via authenticator or verification code

Question

Hello,

I had set up Azure for my org a few months back, but have since updated my phone and lost access to the authenticator/verfication app to get into the account. I am currently the only user in the org, since we didn't get around to actively using Azure.

Is there any way to get access into my account? I would be able to verify via email or phone number.

I have been unable to login to my onedrive personal vault due to the code not arriving. Please help!!
