Trying to play a game and this shows up. Ive contacted Microsoft support and they tried to fix the issue.

The steps I've tried:

  1. Run SFC Scannow
  2. Performed DISM Restore Health
  3. Install x86 and x64 Visual C++
  4. Repair X64 Visual C++

    Please download the following Microsoft tool.

    Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed - Microsoft Support:

    https://support.microsoft.com/pt-br/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed-cca7d1b6-65a9-3d98-426b-e9f927e1eb4d

    Run it and click "Uninstalling".

    Select the VC++ redist x86 2015-2022 (or 2019) version and uninstall it.

    Hi Wesley,

    Please open appwiz.cpl via the Run dialog.

    This launches the Programs and Features applet.

    Search for c++ using the search box at the top.

    In the results window, resize the panes so the entries are fully visible.

    Post a screenshot of the applet.
