Certification renewal

I misread the renewal reminder and am one day late - is it still possible to sit the renewal and if so how?

How to submit a support request

Step 1. Go to online support request

• For Product family, confirm that “Learning” is selected.

However, "Product Family" is a drop down and does not offer "Learning" as an option so it seems impossible to open a ticket
