might be driver fault, try installing new drivers as they can fix issue (for trackmouse)

Open the Settings App, go to the Bluetooth and Devices - Mouse.

In there, you should find settings like Palm Protection and Sensitivity, try adjusting those settings to see if you can stop the pointer moving on its own.

With regards to Google, is that the Chrome browser?

If so, today I have seen many reports of problems with the Chrome browser not opening correctly, so there may be an evolving problem with Chrome after an update, open the Settings App, then go to Apps - Installed Apps, scroll down to find Chrome, select it then choose Modify - Repair to see if that will resolve the problem, if not, uninstall Chrome, restart your PC and then download and install the latest version of Chrome from the Google website.
