How to fix Bookings availability issue?

I am creating a service through MS Bookings, and I set it to only show availability when all team members are available. I set custom hours for our general availability (screenshot below) so that appointments are only offered between 9 AM - 5:30 PM Monday-Friday.

But when I visit the Bookings page as an end-user, I am able to book appointments as early as 5 AM (screenshot below). How can I rectify this issue?

    Hello Cara,

This happens when the Bookings calendar's time zone doesn't match the time zone used on the public page. Your service hours were saved as 9:00-5:30 in the calendar's time zone, but the page is showing them converted to Eastern, so 9:00 UTC becomes 5:00 AM Eastern.

Fix it by correcting the Bookings calendar time zone. Open Microsoft Bookings, switch to the booking calendar you're using, go to Business information and set Time zone to your actual zone (for you, Eastern Time). Save.

Then open Booking page and confirm the timezone setting you prefer ("Show time slots in booker's time zone" or "Always show in business time zone"). Either will display 9:00 AM-5:30 PM correctly once the business time zone is set. Refresh the page or test in a private browser window to clear any cached slots.

Please, let me know if this worked!
