Hi IT Team,

I recently completed the Azure sign-up process, but I’m unable to log in to the portal. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Usually, the error message you encountered indicates that your tenant has been inactive for over 200 days past the billing cycle, triggering Microsoft’s effort to remove inactive tenants. When a tenant remains inactive for this period, the OMS commerce system imposes a login block (AADSTS5000225). Twenty days after the login block is applied, the tenant is permanently deleted.

But you have mentioned your created your account recently.

Please could you try accessing azure portal by targeting your tenant id https://portal.azure.com/<Enter_Your_Tenant_ID>or enter your domain name.

Other possible causes could be :

You may have been assigned to an older tenant (e.g., from a previous school or organization) that is now inactive. Email id which user have provided to any Organization or school might have linked.

Your account may be associated with a guest role in a blocked tenant.

Hi Aditya,

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in to check the Tenant ID or domain name as this is newly created and this error is blocking me from logging in

. I also don’t have access to any other Azure accounts. Is there another way to retrieve this information?

Contact phone number (add +Country code)

Contact email address

Global admin email address (affected account)

Tenant Name

Country

Time Zone

Correlation ID and Timestamp from a recent sign-in failure

Tenant id is also important but however as you are unable to access it, we'll proceed with above details.
