I have a finance user in MSD that has problems posting journals via batch and non batch process in MSD. Have tried to replicate the problem in UAT but is not facing the same issue. MS support recommended I recreate another user account this user is plays an important role so to follow through with this recommendation seems like risk weighs more than the benefit. Has anyone had this issue? I am curious if there are other solutions that are out there that might not be so drastic.
