Not able to find reschedule option in the certificate Dash Board

Hi,

Unfortunately, I have not cleared AZ-400 in my first attempt (Date: Tuesday, September 14,2021
Candidate ID: MS0990582233). I am not able to find option to retake the exam in the certificate Dash Board.

Can you please help on this? So, I can retake the exam.
