Just to inform you: This is a forum for technical questions, where you may get answers from people at Microsoft or independent experts like me. In neither case, anyone posting has knowledge about the commercial side of things.

I have no idea whom you should talk to, but probably it is the reseller or other contact you made the agreement with. In any case, this is not the place.
