Thank you for the information. Since you mentioned you just installed it, please go to Control Panel - Programs - Programs and Features.
Select Microsoft 365 - Change - Quick Repair.
If that doesn’t help, try Online Repair.
If issues still persist, you might have missing .NET framework. Please download and install it here https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/net48
