Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Can you tell me a little more about the issue?

Let’s try to narrow this down together.

    1. Is the issue happening with all apps (like YouTube, Spotify, Teams) or just certain ones?
    2. How far is your speaker from your PC when this happens? Bluetooth can sometimes be sensitive to distance and interference.
    3. Have you updated your Bluetooth drivers recently in Device Manager? Outdated drivers often cause choppy sound.

In the meantime, if you haven’t already:

    • Check Bluetooth range and interference. Make sure the speakers are close to your PC and that there aren’t too many other wireless devices causing interference.
    • Update Bluetooth drivers, you can check for updates in Device Manager > Bluetooth. Please see "Update drivers through Device Manager in Windows"

If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
