- Is the issue happening with all apps (like YouTube, Spotify, Teams) or just certain ones?
- How far is your speaker from your PC when this happens? Bluetooth can sometimes be sensitive to distance and interference.
- Have you updated your Bluetooth drivers recently in Device Manager? Outdated drivers often cause choppy sound.
In the meantime, if you haven’t already:
- Check Bluetooth range and interference. Make sure the speakers are close to your PC and that there aren’t too many other wireless devices causing interference.
- Update Bluetooth drivers, you can check for updates in Device Manager > Bluetooth. Please see "Update drivers through Device Manager in Windows"
