UNABLE TO ACCESS MY CERTIFICATE AZ-900

Dear Team,

I had cleared the Azure Fundamentals Exam (AZ-900) on 4th September, 2021. I also received a mail from Microsoft to go to dashboard and see the certification. But, i am unable to see the certification there. The MCID written in email from Microsoft and in Microsoft account is different. How can i access my certification?

Please Help me regarding this.
