@MSN.com email server is blocking email from a specific sender. They are not blocked in my junk email setting.

This is what you can do about this issue: (since we don't have any way to override this issue)

    1. Check Outlook.com Webmail directly
      • Sign in at https://outlook.live.com.
      • Go to Junk Email and Other tabs, sometimes financial emails are silently redirected there.
      • Also check Settings → Mail → Junk Email → Blocked Senders and Domains. Confirm your bank isn’t listed (re-check once more).
    2. Add the bank to Safe Senders
      • In Outlook.com → Settings → Mail → Junk Email.
      • Add your bank’s sending domain (e.g., @bankname.com) to Safe senders and domains.
      • Also add their full notification address (e.g., ******@bankname.com).
    3. Contact Microsoft Support (as recipient)
      • Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
      • Open a ticket for Outlook.com → I can’t receive email from a trusted sender.
      • Provide them:
      • Your MSN email address.
      • The bank’s sending domain and address.
      • A sample header (if the bank can share a return log or error).

It's a National Bank, I get notifications at a different email address on a different server, just not through @msn.com, also, Microsoft Live Chat confirmed it was not my Outlook settings, and they are being blocked by MSN.

    Hi!

May I know how did you identify that the server is blocking the email coming from that individual? are we talking about one single person that cannot send an email to you?
