i bough mimecraft on a playstation 5 is there any way i can transfer to a apple or do a have to buy a new version of it?

Did you mean transfer the Minecraft world or play on another platform?
If you want to play on another platform, you have to buy the game on that platform. It's not possible to play the PS5 version of Minecraft Bedrock on Apple. You would have to buy the version.
