Hi, thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I’m happy to help.
Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have account access.
I understand how frustrating it is when you have already canceled your subscription but are still being charged. Have you double-checked your Microsoft account to see whether you are being charged for the same subscription, or if you might have another Microsoft account? Also, have you asked a family member if they may have used your card in the past?
You can refer to this article: 'How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft.'
If you find it, please follow these steps to cancel your subscription: https://support.microsoft.com/office/cancel-a-microsoft-365-subscription-46e2634c-c64b-4c65-94b9-2cc9c960e91b
If you need further assistance, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request involves personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.
