Hi All,
I'm using an Azure Kinect DK device.
Wrist joint is misaligned when your hand is placed on the cardboard.
I will attach a misaligned image, so please check it.
Why can't I detect the wrist point accurately?

Can anyone answer this?
Thanks in advance.

    Hello @yp-cpm ,
We have contacted the Product Team and received the following suggestion:

"This is more than likely the effect of multi-path caused by the hand being laid on a surface. Multi-path is an inherent weakness of time of flight depth technology. The only fix for this is to reduce the IR reflectivity of the surface."

Please can you give it a try and let us know how it went?

    Thank you!
