Microsoft Ceretification

Question

My name is Ilgar Jabiyev. In September 2024, I successfully passed the AZ-800/801 exam and obtained the Microsoft certification. Today, I was supposed to retake the exam to renew my certification. However, due to the time difference between Azerbaijan and the United States, I was unable to join the exam on time. Naturally, this was my mistake.

Nevertheless, renewing this certification is very important to me, as my workplace requires it to be up to date. I kindly request that you give me another opportunity to upgrade my certification.
