Dear Mahmoud Ragab,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A.
You have already done an excellent job of troubleshooting, and I can understand your frustration. The 0xc000007b error is one of the most annoying problems in Windows. It almost always means there is a mismatch between 32-bit and 64-bit files. Your 32-bit Casio application is trying to load a 64-bit system file (a .DLL) that it cannot understand.
Let's try these steps below to solve this issue:
- Force the Installation of .NET Framework 3.5 (The normal installation is failed):
- Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
- Type optionalfeatures.exe and press Enter.
- The "Turn Windows features on or off" window will appear.
- At the very top of the list, you will see ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)".
- Click the checkbox next to it so it shows a solid black square.
- Click OK. Windows will now download the necessary files and install them.
- Restart your computer after it finishes.
- The All-in-one runtimes fix:
- First, go to Apps & features in Windows Settings and uninstall every single version of "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable" that you see (both x86 and x64). This is important for a clean installation.
- Download the "Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes All-in-One" package: Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes All-in-One
- Click the download link on that page. It will download a ZIP file.
- Extract the contents of the ZIP file. You will see a file named
install_all.bat. - Right-click on
install_all.batand select "Run as administrator". - A command window will appear and it will automatically install every required C++ runtime from 2005 to today, for both x86 and x64.
- Wait for it to finish completely, then restart your computer.
- Run in Compability Mode:
- Right-click on the application's
.exefile and select Properties. - Go to the Compatibility tab.
- Check the box for "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select Windows 7 from the dropdown menu.
- Also, check the box at the bottom that says "Run this program as an administrator".
- Click Apply and then OK.
- Try to launch the software again.
- Right-click on the application's
