Unable to schedule an exam at Pearson Vue

Hi! I'm unable to log in to Pearson & Vue to schedule an exam, with the following error message:

which in turn led me to the support page, where I'm supposed to choose "Learn" as the product family, but there is no such choice:2025-09-03 14_37_17-Clipboard

I have two questions:

  • Can I get help with my issue here in this forum?
  • If not, how and where can I get help with my issue (to schedule an exam)?

Seems the "Submit" button is attempting to access something that returns a 500 response:
