Hi! I'm unable to log in to Pearson & Vue to schedule an exam, with the following error message:

which in turn led me to the support page, where I'm supposed to choose "Learn" as the product family, but there is no such choice:

Seems the "Submit" button is attempting to access something that returns a 500 response:
