Hi Robert Kolodenko ,

There is currently a regional outage in East US. As a result, our internal team suggested performing a Point-in-Time Restore (PITR) of the server in a different availability zone, such as AZ01 or AZ02. We have received confirmation that cross-region redundancy has been enabled, and the server was successfully restored in Central US.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you have any further queries.
