need help with subscription Microsoft billing

hello

I need some help to solve the problem with billing. I have been charged twice for renewal Microsoft Ofiice 365.

    Select the product you need help with

    Click "Get Home support" then describe your issue

    Click "Contact Support" tab above

    Reselect the product you need help with.

    Select "Billing and Payment updates" then click Confirm

    Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser"

    Confirm your email then click Confirm
