why on my computer there is no microsoft product, just not MS office? Did I have to buy it again?

    << Is this a new computer? Or is it a computer with Office installed before?

    Office is a paid product, generally there is no free Office on new computers unless the salesperson has other promise. If it disappears during normal use, it's best to search Office app on Windows first.

    << What the Office version that you bought before? I suggest you try to install Office first after confirming that there is no Office on this computer.
