I have a school assignment that needs access to Macros, it won't allow me to open it due to "Security Risk". How do I turn this off in order to finish my assignment.

    Hello

Macros in Office apps (like Excel or Word) are disabled by default because they can contain malicious code. That’s why you see the “Security Risk” warning.

In Excel, go to File > Options > Trust center > Trust Center Settings. Click on "Macro Settings".

    Then select:

Disable all macros with notification - this will allow you to choose per file.

    OR

Enable all macros (this can be used for all files with macros, not recommended, but you can turn it on for now and then turn it off once you done with your school project)
