Dear Support Team,

I am writing regarding my certification exam on 29 August 2025. During the exam, I experienced a severe skin condition that caused uncontrollable itching. I have a diagnosed dermatological condition, and unfortunately, the situation made it very difficult for me to remain still.

The proctor misunderstood my movements and terminated the exam, assuming misconduct. I would like to clarify that I was not attempting any unfair behavior, but rather struggling with a medical issue beyond my control.

I kindly request a review of my case and consideration for a retake of the exam without additional fees. I am also willing to provide medical documentation confirming my condition.

I truly value the integrity of the certification process and I hope my situation can be accommodated fairly.

    • It appears that Case number 13<removed PII> has been created for security purposes. Based on the security irregularities detected, we are requiring future exams to be taken in person at a test center. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we regret to inform you that your exam session was revoked due to a policy violation. Unfortunately, as per our guidelines, we cannot make exceptions in this case. We understand this may be disappointing, but the decision is in line with our security and policy standards.
