How to fix language during PC set-up?

Bought a new PC tower. Don't know if a wrong button was hit or something, but the language is a mix between Greek (which I don't speak) and English. I've been using translation to help get through most of the set-up but it wants me to log into my windows account, which I cannot do because the keyboard is in Greek (and I don't speak Greek). How can I get the set-up language changed? Or at least bypass the set-up so I can get to the main windows screen to access language settings?

Hi, I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.
Press Shift + F10 to open the Command Prompt, insert the command below and press enter:

    %WINDIR%\system32\sysprep\sysprep.exe /oobe /reboot

The system will restart and show the initial setup from start again.
