    Good morning,

    For the past two days (since approximately October 1, 2025), we have been experiencing issues with the Content Understanding analyzer for documents:

    • The analysis keeps loading indefinitely or takes more than 10 minutes to extract the content.
    • This occurs with single-page files.
    • It occurs both through the APIs and in the test environment.
    • A similar incident occurred in the past and was resolved within hours, but this time it persists.
    • The Azure status dashboard does not report any related incidents, and we have seen similar comments in the community.
