Looks to be. The test analyzers arn't working for me either.

Verify that your API key has the correct permissions by checking your Content Understanding resource in the Azure portal, and ensure the key is valid and correctly configured.

Review the format of your API calls to confirm they follow the correct syntax and are being sent to the proper endpoints as outlined in the Rest API Quickstart.

If your requests contain unsupported file types or are too large, the API might not respond correctly. Review the supported file types and limits.

As a temporary workaround, try using the chat playground for a more interactive experience while you troubleshoot the API calls.

Good morning,

For the past two days (since approximately October 1, 2025), we have been experiencing issues with the Content Understanding analyzer for documents:

The analysis keeps loading indefinitely or takes more than 10 minutes to extract the content.
This occurs with single-page files.
It occurs both through the APIs and in the test environment.
A similar incident occurred in the past and was resolved within hours, but this time it persists.
The Azure status dashboard does not report any related incidents, and we have seen similar comments in the community.
