Missing Microsoft Certifications on My Profile

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I have successfully passed several Microsoft certification exams; however, I noticed that these certifications are not showing up on my Microsoft Certification profile.

The certifications missing are:

MCSA: Office 365 — Certified 2018

MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure — Certified 2018

MCSE: Productivity — Certified 2018

MCSA: Cloud Platform — Certified 2018

In addition, I also passed the following exams that should be visible:
