May I please know if your camera shutter is still covering the camera lens?
When was the last time it worked fine?
Have you tried running the Camera Troubleshooter?
Click on Start menu, then go to Settings, click on Troubleshoot and Other Troubleshooters, scroll down to Camera, and click Run. If that doesn't work, update the Camera driver by visiting the manufacturer's support website, downloading, and installing the latest Camera driver. Then, restart the computer and check for functionality.
