Hey guys, first post here. At the moment I have a Lenovo ThinkPad, when setting it up it let me put my Face ID and Pin code, but not my Finger print. Now it doesn't let me change my pin nor face id, it says like "this option is currently unavailable" and below it says "Something went wrong, try again later". A few solutions I've tried are: Updating the drivers, uninstalling and installing the drivers, starting the windows biometric service. I'll put a picture of the problem. Beforehand, thanks for the help!

    Hi, good day!

Are you signing in with a personal, school, or work account?

If so, press Windows key +I to open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school > select the account, then choose Disconnect.

    Restart your computer.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed.

I suggest to remove Windows Hello PIN so other Windows Hello options would be removed as well.

Re-setup your PIN, followed by other Windows Hello options.

This will reset Windows Hello data, and should help you to fix the issue.

If the issue still persists, refer other suggestions in this fix:
