Windows Update Downloading Stuck at 0%
Hello,
We've recently set a WSUS infrastructure in our environment and after struggles to set it up and make it downloading patches, we are facing a different issue now.
Windows Server 2019 Servers would get stuck on Downloading to 0%
What i've done so far was
- Running this script /api/attachments/92774-reset-the-windows-update.txt?platform=QnA
- Check WSUS setting for .esd extension [File Name Extension: = .esd MIME type: application/octet-stream]
The Client reports to WSUS Server, but that's it. It just won't download the patches

2021-09-17T09:13:50.39+00:00 Hello Alex,
Windows firewall might be stopping your pc from Upgrade, so it's advisable to turn it off manually and turn it on after the update.
You can try once again after restarting your pc or Free up some disc space.
If the problem persists, Check for all Non-Microsoft programs and try disabling it.
Run windows update troubleshooter using below link,

2021-09-17T12:53:33.03+00:00 Seems like the issue is related to Pass-Through authentication.
After i've set a specific account that patches started to download on the clients also. Now how do i make it work with pass-through authentication ?
