Windows key not working

Hello,

I have an issue with my license, I'm inputting the license but the license is saying it's incorrect.
Please see below error reference, We tried double checking it and it's correct.

    Since you already checked the key, and verified it is correct but still issue is there, you can contact the authorized retailer to ask for refund or alternate license key.

    Hi,

    Activation should be automatic.

    Is this a clean install?

    Are you upgrading from Home to Pro?

    Did you upgrade the motherboard?

    More info is needed to help.
