credencial missing

I pass the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals on March 9. I received the credential with ID BF169C8AC3718001, however, I just clicked in my linkedin profile to see the credential but it send me to this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/ArielAcosta-9171/credentials/BF169C8AC3718001?ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.linkedin.com%2F so it seams my profile got deleted or change for some reazon. I had to create a new profile to access but of course, I lost my Azure Fundamentals credential

How do I get back my old profile?
