I recently a 5Gbps capable (https://a.co/d/6WpEAPZ) cable to stream VR from my Laptop to my Quest 3. I am getting an issue where the link connection turn on the off then on then off. I looked it up and I need to turn off USB selective suspend in power controls - advanced - usb settings, but I can't find it. Also this is not a cable issue as the cable works for less powerful demands like charging my phone, and this is the second one I bought (same one, just returned and bought it again)

Also hidden for me and "powercfg -attributes 2a737441-1930-4402-8d77-b2bebba308a3 48e6b7a6-50f5-4782-a5d4-53bb8f07e226 -ATTRIB_HIDE" won't help.
Anyway, changing the DWORD-Value "Attributes" under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\2a737441-1930-4402-8d77-b2bebba308a3\48e6b7a6-50f5-4782-a5d4-53bb8f07e226" from 0 to 2 is going to make it available after a restart.

Seems like you followed a different path, also that you have a custom power setting
Try the same path as sometimes different paths leads to different options, and use a Windows power plan instead of the custom one

If “USB settings” is missing, unhide it and disable via commands, first open Command Prompt (Admin) and run:
First line unhides the setting; the next two disable Selective Suspend on AC and battery for the current plan. The GUIDs shown are the official USB settings subgroup and USB selective suspend setting.

I'm having the same issue, of no "USB" option under "advanced settings" in either of my 2 "power plans." Using cmd-prompt instructions found above, I ran the three strings, but "advanced settings" options are unchanged. #### I REMEMBER: when I first got this Windows11 computer, I had a Heck of a time in disabling "Wake on device" and on disabling "Sleep." I always "Hibernate," because a computer with "Sleep" loses too-much battery power at times when I can't plug in.
