Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Microsoft Q&A is public, and we can only provide information. It is beyond our capability to assist directly with the account.

Do you still have access to your Microsoft account, and are you currently signed in?

Check if you still have access to your Microsoft account and make sure you're currently signed in https://account.microsoft.com/ If you’re locked out, let me know.

Of you have access to your Microsoft account online:

As for the language issue, I’ll walk you through how to change it back:

    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/languages and sign in.
    • Find your language and click it.
    • Then click "Account" tab and check again.
    • Let me know how it goes.
    • Sign out to Outlook and let me know how it goes.

Just to be safe, I’d recommend to sign out everywhere. Visit: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional Scroll down to Sign me out and select "Sign me out".

And changing your password again and enabling two-step verification if you haven’t already. This will add an extra layer of security to prevent future unauthorized access.

If you notice anything unusual in your account settings or purchase history, you might also want to check the Microsoft account security page https://account.microsoft.com/security to review recent activity.

Let me know how it goes.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
