Hi,
I've got a question perhaps someone can point me in the right direction. My cousin doesn't speak English so he enrolled for doing an Azure Certification exam in Spanish az-900.

Strange enough that even he explain he doesn't speak English the person who got in touch to verify his exam remote environment (supervisor) spoke only English, long story short he lost this opportunity to get his certification and there is no clarity if there's help for people that don't speak English.

Is in any way shape or form to get this exam supervisor in Spanish ?

I have seen you offered Japanese or English, is Japanese more spoken worldwide than Spanish ? Why would you provide a Japanese supervisor when half of the planet speaks Spanish ?

Thank you

Pearson Vue discriminates people that speaks Spanish only. Online tests cannot be taken or are abandon at the start because the supervisors speaks only English or Japanese.
I didn't know that Japanese was spoken more than Spanish in the world, perhaps for Pearson Vue that is a reality.

Discrimination may be a strong word, but millions of people in South America due Pandemic cannot attend to a Test Centre and wont' be able to so for long time, why won't they enable a Spanish speaking supervisor for those people ?

Really gets me going and need to get to the bottom of this.

A Spanish speaking supervisor MUST be provided by Pearson VUE, if they are not happy to let people be assisted by an interpreter on site.
